7:45 AM – Pre-Opening Procedures
Arriving at the dispensary, our team begins the daily inventory check. Every product must be accounted for, and our display cases need to be spotless. The attention to detail in this industry is paramount.
8:30 AM – Team Huddle
Our morning meetings are essential for:

9:00 AM – Doors Open
The first customers arrive, often seeking guidance on their wellness journey. Each interaction requires careful consideration of their needs and preferences.

The lunch crowd brings diverse clientele – from seniors seeking relief to professionals on their break. Education is a huge part of our role, explaining terpenes, cannabinoids, and consumption methods.
6:00 PM – Evening Wind Down
As day turns to evening, we prepare for closing by:
